Storing chocolate truffles properly is crucial to ensuring they maintain their texture, flavor, and appearance. Here are some tips on how to store chocolate truffles:
Store in an airtight container: Truffles should be stored in an airtight container to prevent  them from drying out or absorbing any unwanted odors
Keep away from strong-smelling foods
All our candies are made without any preservatives. That is why there are some limits on the shelf life duration and the storage temperature:
Keep truffles in a cool place: Chocolate truffles should be stored in a cool place, ideally between 55-60°F (13-16°C). 
Refrigerate for long-term storage: If you plan to store truffles for more than a few days, it’s best to refrigerate them. However, make sure to wrap them in plastic wrap or an airtight container to prevent them from absorbing any unwanted odors or moisture. 
After purchase the shelf life is limited to 1 month if the storage temperature is 2-4°C (35-39°F). If you keep candies at the room temperature 21-24°C (71-75°F) the shelf life is 5 days after purchase. 
It is very important to keep the product at the temperature that is not higher then 25°C (77°F) due to the nature of chocolate.
Don’t freeze truffles:  Freezing truffles can cause the chocolate to crack and the texture to become grainy.
